- The particle size of the end product: Customizing the particle size of the end product according to your quality and operational standards can improve the output of your production facilities.
- The gelatinization grade of the end product: The product’s pre-gelatinization grade improves ease of processing and water absorption. It also lengthens the shelf-life of the end product and decreases the possible off-taste of products such as pulse flours.
- Creation of blends of several ingredients: We use a real-time mixing process during the stages of production. Our state-of-the-art technology allows us to create highly homogeneous blends of several ingredients while maintaining the exact ratio you specify for your final product – even if your blend includes ingredients used in very small quantities.
